I just started at American Institute and overall I love it. The classmates are very helpful and we don't let nobody fall behind. So far I have been really enjoying the experience and education at American Institute West Hartford! It’s hard work but it’s worth the time and effort! While advancing to a new career as M.A (Medical Assistant), my peers are welcoming and uphold a professionalism that makes an enjoyable environment easy to look forward to each day! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH TO MS.KATHY and MS.MIRANDA and MS.V and their attention to detail when it comes to what a new student needs. I am grateful for this school and I can’t wait to see what my future is going to look like. But with their support and the whole administration, I feel so lucky to be lead by people who ACTUALLY care! I went to American institute for the ultrasound program, and It was the best decision ever. I met amazing teachers like Kate Townsend, Jill Kelley, Melissa Cerbone and Darcy Caless . They guided me, supported me and helped me in everything they could. Every time I had trouble or was confused about any assignment I knew I could reach out and they would help me and go thought the material. Kate is an amazing teacher and I will be forever grateful for her help and support. If you want to enroll this program you need to put a lot of effort, study hard and at the end it’s all going to be worthy. The only thing I was a little frustrated about it was the clinical hours organization, I had to wait weeks to be placed in a site but the director was doing everything she could to place me. The good thing is that I finished all my hours and all of my protocols. I finished the program 6 months ago and some of my instructors still in touch with me, and checking in.
