I had a great back treatment/facial. I got my hair dyed and the first student did not do it as I asked. I left not happy with the hair color or how it was applied to my hair. I went back into the beauty school and spoke with one of the educators and they fixed my hair. They guaranteed the service which was very kind of them. Now my hair looks so much better. It’s a very nice salon— especially the spa area.

I would like to leave a very positive review for the student Paola. I was her client on two separate occasions, and on both visits she provided a haircut, highlights, and overall style care. Both times she did an excellent job. She worked neatly, attentively, and with great diligence. Throughout the appointments, she was polite and calm, and it was clear that the quality of the result was very important to her. For a student, this is an outstanding level of professionalism; her potential and genuine love for the profession are clearly visible. I wish her continued success and further professional growth.

Aveda personalizes the cosmetology and esthiology programs to suit your needs. In the cosmetology program, you'll learn in a classroom and salon or spa setting under supervision.
The esthiology program prepares you to become a skin care specialist well-versed in wellness rituals. The course focuses on facials, makeup application, waxing, wellness knowledge, and business development.
All cosmetology students receive an iPad to complete coursework, and the school spotlights students from their Nashville location on their blog every month.
