Tatianna was AMAZING!! Walked in with a terrible headache and left without one. very professional, clean and rela massage. 10/10 recommend!!

I had a positive experience here with the 60-minute Tulasara facial service done by a student named Lorena (hope I spelled it right!). I enjoyed the pampering to high heaven and all of the products used were incredibly rejuvenating (especially the Botanical Kinetics Hydrating Treatment Lotion that had a revitalizing cooling effect). The head and neck massage, mini foot bath, and a couple of small cups of hot tea were also nice touches. My only complaint is the appointment took longer than expected (about half an hour over) and I had to text my supervisor I was going to be late to my work shift. Just make sure you don’t have anything time-sensitive to do after your appointment for at least 1-2 hours. They’re students and still learning and their educators have to tend to all of them, causing potential delays. During my appointment, there was only one educator on site assisting multiple students. I also want to mention while we waited for her instructor, Lorena massaged my neck, shoulders, and arms until her teacher arrived, mentioning she didn’t want to leave me hanging. I loved that; it exhibits good customer service skills. Overall, I enjoyed my time here despite the delay. I found out about Aveda in the mail after receiving a $20 service coupon for the 60-minute facial, which was a steal. I may be back for another on a non-work day 😉 Thanks.
