Editor's Description

The 1,600-hour cosmetology program at the Aveda Institute Phoenix gives students an extensive education in hair styling, cutting, and color so that they can create stunning looks at salons, fashion shows, and more.

Focused programs in esthiology and hair styling are also available, as well as a program for student instructors—which is ideal for those who may already be licensed and want to move into the next stage in their career. Aveda offers several different financial aid options to ensure the school is accessible to all.

The on-campus salon and spa, stocked with high-quality Aveda products, allow students the chance to practice their skills in a professional environment. Student Jordana describes her experience: "Awesome instructors, friendly staff, friendly students and great environment to be in! Honored to be a student here."
