Yooooo! Oh boy got super defensive about a haircut this morning. Sean is his name. I have never been through this at this place of business as long as I’ve been coming. He even admitted he had a bad morning. IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT HAPPY YOU IN THE WRONG PLACE OF BUSINESS DEALING WITH PEOPLE SIR! I told him sorry somebody pissed in his cornflakes. He was offended but my kid hair was chopped up. He tried to say it was the oil in my baby hair but he’s come in there with dry and washed hair and it still was a problem. I chose not to say anything. It maybe time to retire if you gone get pissed about something I am paying for regardless if it’s $2. Do better. The customer service sucked today 😘
