Always a pleasure! Plan to be there a few hours, but, it’s worth it! They always pamper you, and the aromas are very soothing. My stylist, Donna L, listened to what I was looking for and did a fantastic job of making my hair, the best it could be. ( I have thin, straight, fine, messy hair, and I’m getting older!). Does whatever it wants, which is not much!! But, I need a good cut, or I’m in real trouble!! She is graduating in 2 weeks!! Yay!! I liked her, but, I have been going to the institute for years, and have had several students that treated me nicely. This is THE BEST place to go to get whatever styling and spa treatments. You always feel pampered and relaxed.
