I went to the institute for the first time yesterday and overall the experience was good. My stylist was Diondra. She was enthusiastic and driven to do up and beyond for my experience. This was her first time doing 4c hair and her patience was beyond amazing! Her confidence in her ability to overcome any nerves that may have been hidden. Mind you, they just learned how to do ethnic hair this week. I was very proud of Diondra and my experience. I knew to expect hard work and to remember this is a school that where the students are learning. My hair had volume and was nicely blown out by the time I left. Thank you Diondra, can’t wait to watch you grow continuously throughout this season!

The student Audrey, who did my hair, was awesome. Super personable and you can tell she has the techniques for complicated dyes/bleaching down. ***edit: I just want to say: my hair turned out amazinggggg all in all. Also, everyone in the building is nice and accommodating. I went in for a dramatic ombre- I wish the instructor would have heard my wants and used the example photos given more. I did not want highlights! I had to pull the instructor aside to listen to me and let the student fix it (they have to listen to the intructors). If they would have let them/ instructed an ombre, not balayage, technique... it would have saved time and I wouldn't have highlights at the top of my head. Am very grateful there aren't highlights at the bottom now.🙏

Rescue hair color session done by the best. Called in for a walk-in appointment. They were able to help out right the way. From the receptionist to the master students and instructor, this institute carries a very positive vibe. Everyone is helping everyone at the institute. It is great environment for the students and the clients. I highly recommend! Shout out to instructor Ms. Jocelyn, Ms. Avery, Ms. Caily. They will tailor to your needs and budget. Two thumbs up!
