I've had a great experience coming here for cuts and color by Caroline! She's excellent at what she does, and really cares about the wants of the client. She pays attention to every detail, and I've left everytime feeling great about my hair. I highly recommend scheduling with her, and I plan on getting my hair done by her after she graduates. This place is terrible. They don't care about their students, staff or customers. All they care about is how to make the most money. No complaint you make will be taken seriously and they bribe students and staff with almost expired product into leaving 5 star reviews to make their page look better. You're better off never stepping foot in there. Stay away!
