I've been going here off and on for years and the service was always great. My recent visit was a disaster. The product put on my hair didn't take. Of course when I complained I was told it was my coloring even though it had been a while since I last colored. It was redone with same outcome but this time I'm told it needs cutting. Understand when your there 3 - 5 hours you don't want excuses when they see issues. Came back again and requested a refund and the director sent word back that shes at lunch (it's 3:00) and I could wait for her to finish. That's OK I'll leave my number and she can call me. Needless to say that call never came. Never going back.
