I’m a CHD graduate and the staff are all amazing at this location. However the owners (Douglas J) are simply not doing their job. I needed my transcripts. I talked with staff 4 times at CHD and they were very kind, took my information and sent it to corporate. They did what they could. Since then, I have not heard a word from Douglas J. I have contacted their direct admissions number as well with no reply. I then began speaking to students who are still in the program. Douglas J is not giving them their tip money. Hundreds of dollars in tip money. Others are having to stay weeks longer than they should to “finish” their hours, due to Douglas J not properly tracking their hours. All of this is absolutely unacceptable! If you are considering going to school here please know, I loved my instructors. I had a great experience and it makes me sad to have to write this. But that was before they sold to Douglas J. Please do your research on Douglas J and talk to students in the program to learn the truth before you decide to go here.
