Absolutely love this institute. The staff and students are super friendly. I made an appointment for 6 of us to have facials for an early mother's day gift. I had Arianna and she was amazing. She let me know everything she was going to before hand as well as asked me if it was okay to do other things. She provided me with recommendations for my skin and made sure to write them down for me. She walked me back out front and right then I booked another facial with her on a Saturday.
