I booked with Emilia for an hour facial… to say the least, I will be back! It was so relaxing, I haven’t had a facial that well performed in a very long time. My skin has been amazing since. She gave me tips on what I can do to take care of my skin at home between facials and It actually has helped me! I loved every minute. Seeing her again next week!

Had a wonderful experience. It was my first time there, as well. Went there for a facial and Emilia did a great job making me feel comfortable while I was there. She also did an excellent job of walking me through the entire process while also answering all of my questions that I had. Cant wait to go back again!

Recently, I was fortunate enough to experience the work and talent of Janell P at the Cortiva Institute. I was apprehensive at first as I have never received a regular facial or back facial. Janell took the time to make sure I was comfortable and thoroughly explained each part of the process. I learned about the importance of proper skincare and more importantly, was made aware of the importance of using sunblock on a daily basis. Just because you’re not at the beach doesn’t mean you’re not exposed to the sun! Janelle’s professionalism, knowledge, and passion for her craft, made for a great experience. I am glad I chose to go outside my comfort zone and be part of her journey at Cortiva. I look forward to more self care experiences with her as she enters the next phase of her new career.
