I was there to get roots colored and have ace framing highlights with picture to be clear. When done there was no ace framing highlights at all. I told the stylist. She went to the manager, and you will not believe this. ...she told me that I was not welcome there again. ??? If anyone can tell me why an experience like that would happen, that would be great.

Worst experience and that was before I sat in a chair. No adult supervision around and it showed. Thankfully there are many young adults around investing in this profession ready to learn and build a client base, to go back there. Just my experience.
