I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Taylor, and I was genuinely impressed by her level of skill and professionalism—even as a student stylist. From the moment I sat in her chair, it was clear how seriously she takes her craft. What stood out most was her incredible attention to detail. She took the time to fully understand what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and double-checked every step of the process to make sure the final result matched my expectations. Nothing felt rushed—she worked carefully and methodically, making sure everything was just right. Her patience throughout the appointment made the experience especially comfortable. She maintained a calm, focused approach from start to finish, making me feel completely at ease, knowing she was giving her full attention to the process. Despite still being in training, her expertise was clear. She demonstrated a solid understanding of techniques and was confident in applying them, all while being open to feedback and collaboration from her instructor. Her knowledge and skill level are already well beyond what I expected from a student stylist. I’m thrilled with the results and genuinely impressed by her professionalism. If she’s this good now, I can only imagine the amazing stylist she’s going to become. I will be sure to book with her again!

My daughters had an amazing experience at The Salon Professional Academy! The salon itself is clean, stylish, and has a really relaxing atmosphere. Their stylist, Tay, took the time to listen to what they wanted, was very patient and knowledgeable and offered great suggestions for products that could be used to care for their hair. The cut and tinsel turned out even better than the girls imagined! What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and how genuinely friendly Tay was. It didn’t feel rushed at all, and they left feeling pampered. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch service and results. We’ll definitely be back!
