EDIT: 1 -> 4.5 stars. Douglas J saw me back free of charge for a redo and Brandi (spelling?) saved my hair!! I’m so thankful for her! She is graduating soon so had a bit more experience and I know she will continue on to being a great stylist somewhere. Thanks Douglas J for being so accommodating and understanding and seeing me back. I hate hate being this person but I cannot believe I was here from 11am to 4:30pm for lightening and blonder highlights and this is what I got. Purple wall photo is the inspo picture from my last highlights at a different salon. There’s been some tears, I won’t lie.

I got a hair lightening and dye from Ashley today and it was amazing! It was my first time having my hair dyed and she and the instructor were patient with explaining the process. She made sure I didn’t feel any discomfort and was very skilled. Despite not having a picture to show her, she was able to get me the correct color. They also offer student discounts which was great. I’m very happy with my hair and will come again + recommend to friends! Thanks for helping me feel confident!
