I’ve had short hair for about a year and have tried several different stylists, but the results often didn’t match what we discussed at the beginning of the appointment. My experience at Douglas J Aveda Institute was completely different. Jori listened carefully, understood what I wanted, and gave me the best haircut I’ve had since going short. She graduates in December, and I’m already planning to return before she leaves. I’m genuinely impressed with her work and grateful for the experience. Douglas J deserves recognition for training talented future professionals while keeping services affordable. A great haircut shouldn’t have to compete with necessities like gas in your budget, and I’m so glad I found this place!

Chloe did AMAZING transforming my hair. I hadn't had my hair done in a year so ALOT of new growth with blue/green on the lower half. I definitely gave her a challenge and she killed my double process color. The bleach and tone was sooooo even no banding at all (I was super worried about that) and my new pink hair is PERFECT, I couldn't be happier. Also my hair is still super healthy and soft. She really takes her time and is very detail oriented. THANK YOU CHLOE!!!
