Yesterday, December 20, 2025 was my first visit to Douglas J Institute and it will certainly not be my last. I was greeted immediately by smiling faces. My great niece came out and took me back to her chair. It was crazy busy on a Saturday but she took great care of me. She has been in classes for 3 months and was confident, efficient and did a fantastic job. My favorite brand of products is what they now carry - Davines - the entire line. Bravo!

Brennyn B. did a fabulous job! I am trying to get my hair healthy so did a conditioning treatment and blowout, everyone around us commented on how good I looked. She was very friendly and nice. Loved her recommendation on products as well.
