The receptionist was approachable, friendly and called my stylist up front right away! When my stylist approached me she was very bubbly, friendly and invited me back to her station. She genuinely cared how and what I wanted for my hair cut and color... Her instructor came over to double check my needs (this is what the instructors do). My stylist was meticulous about applying my color, as well as my cut/style, both were spot- on! My stylist was gentle, approachable for questions and informed.! I really do enjoy my experience and the beautiful out come that I have received. I've been to Douglas J. four times and I will be returning again very soon!! Thank-you to my stylist! Jazmine D. ✂️💖

I have had several haircuts, highlights, hair treatments and brought my teenagers in to have their hair done with Cylie Burns. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and has done a great job at making my hair look amazing. Her organization and confidence are what I want in an hair stylist. Appointments were easily made and I never had to wait long for her to come out to greet me. She was thorough with every appointment and could advise me on what would be best for my hair. I’m going to miss her when she graduates, but she will do an amazing job at whatever salon she moves on to! Before she leaves, book an appointment with Cylie! She’s the best!

I came in for a blend of highlights and lowlights and haircut. My stylist and her instructors worked together to form the best plan for what I was looking for which was to brighten up but low maintenance. I love it! Very professional.
