Today I had my first ever facial and all I can say is wow! I wish I had done this sooner! I scheduled with Veronica F and will absolutely be returning. From the very start, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The check in process was easy and there was a large selection of product available. Immediately after checking in I was greeted by Veronica and welcomed into a private room for my facial. The salon was as clean and comfortable. Throughout the process Veronica explained each step and helped educate me for the products that work best for my specific skin type. Before walking in I had minimal knowledge of what products to use or if the products I’ve been using are fit for my skin. Veronica was able to educate me on my skin type through a skin analysis. Veronica was attentive to what my goal was coming into the salon and what services and products can best help me reach my goal. Veronica expressed general interest in how I was feeling and how she could maximize my experience. I have been having an issue with hormonal acne which has been getting more inflamed by my current products and really feels unmanageable most days. After the session the swelling had significantly reduced and my skin feels so smooth and soft without feeling greasy. During the session I could feel the difference in my face and could feel the products working. I felt relaxed and safe and comfortable to speak openly. Veronica continuously checked in to how I was feeling. The neck and hand massage released a lot of stress tension that can be difficult to release. I also had an eyebrow wax and tint. Veronica was attentive to shape and color I was interested in and hit the mark 100%. The overall experience was extremely therapeutic and I’m looking forward to my next appointment. I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience.
