I had the best experience with Julani. She slayed my hair. I normally go to Kanakah who is also phenomenal. Julani and Kanakah are both super professional and kind and have great spirits. Both ladies are full of talent. I have a lot of long hair and they tackled it with no problem.

Tekee demonstrated outstanding professionalism and skill throughout my experience with her during my hair appointment. She consistently asked thoughtful, relevant questions that showed a strong desire to learn and a deep understanding of the techniques being taught. Her professionalism was evident in her communication, work ethic, knowledge and attention to detail. She maintained a positive attitude, followed all safety and sanitation standards, and treated me the clients with respect. Overall, she did an amazing job and shows great potential for success in the cosmetology field. I will return to inquire her services.

i came here looking for a new stylist. i used to come here as a kid all the time to get my hair done and give the students practice. i understood that this was a school so i wasn't expecting perfection, just something that would get me by. what i didn’t realize is that you had to clear your entire day for an appointment. i scheduled an appointment for 9am, when they opened. for reference, im used to getting a shampoo and flat iron done within 1.5-2 hours. the stylist i got for today was jamie, and she was genuinely very good. her shampoo service felt like a massage that could put me to sleep and she was very reassuring when she realized i was on a time crunch. i think she may have been slightly nervous working with my hair since it's very curly and i have so much hair, (thick, not very long) so she was extremely careful not to hurt me, which i appreciated. although she reassured me we would finish on time, she underestimated how long each section would take for my type of hair. as a result, i had to leave around 11:30am with my hair blow dried instead of fully straightened (which i don’t mind at all, i didn’t tell them i had anywhere to be beforehand). TLDR: jamie is an amazing student stylist, and i had a relaxing experience, but appointments take much longer than expected. i was perfectly happy with the work and the price, and i’ll be seeing jamie again
