So I've been going here for a while but I went today and it's so rude the staff I wanted to sit with my daughter and watch the hair process they kicked me out and I always sat there then I proceed to not move and a lady says get out thank you the staff was so rude to me by not even letting me ask a question and laughing in my face also the people there kept on talking about me last time going here.

Terrible customer service, I came to get a relaxer then a blow dry, asked the cost I was told the price is $46, I really called not paying as much when I was there my previous visit. I looked at the price list which did not state that, I tried asking the older lady with the short hair cut a few questions she just very rudely told me if you believe is too expensive then go somewhere else. What a nasty and unprofessional way to speak to someone. Very poor mannered human.
