I got my hair cut done! Staff was very nice and friendly. The student was asking each step of my cut and her instructor was showing how to cut. I’ll go back again!

I got my hair washed, cut and styled here today, and it was a great experience. I I hadn’t had a haircut in nearly a year- my hair was falling out due to medical reasons, and I was honestly terrified to go back to a salon. I chose this particular school for 2 reasons- 1. It cost 1/4 of the price of a regular salon and 2. The appointment books for 2 hours (i.e, 10a to 12p). I didn’t want an in-and-out, time-crunch, expensive salon experience for my first cut. Regrowing my hair has been tedious and humbling, so I was relieved to see that everyone took their time and listened and was understanding. Also— if you think of it, I recommend tipping the hairdresser/student. Just my opinion! They do get “experience”, but they work hard- for free. :)
