Madison Giancarlo was very professional and had great customer service. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She engaged in the conversation with my daughter and answered every question with knowledge and politeness. She will make an amazing hairdresser. Keri Ann was also exceptional in making sure Madison had everything she needed and checked up on her and showed interest in what was happening. She complemented Madison throughout the process which is important in the learning process. She is an excellent teacher.
