I had an appointment for my first facial yesterday, and it was the most amazing experience with Anna F. She was so kind and considerate, and she made sure to use products that were gentle/ right for my skin. She asked if I would like the steam or prefer none, rather than assuming, which I'm very appreciative of. The face, shoulder, and hand massages I received were the loveliest and just out of this world. I felt incredibly relaxed during and after the entire facial, and I was so refreshed that my eyes didn't look small and tired anymore (after nothing else helped). My face was absolutely glowing, and I will definitely come back. I highly recommend Anna to anyone seeking an experience that will leave you feeling reborn.

I recently brought my 86-year-old grandmother to the salon for a little pampering. Even though she doesn’t have much hair, I wanted her to enjoy the experience of a wash and treatment. Idamae was absolutely amazing! She was so knowledgeable, professional, and kind, explaining everything she was doing along the way. She also recommended a treatment that my grandmother loved. My grandmother left with a big smile on her face, and for that I am truly grateful. She’s already looking forward to her next appointment! I would highly recommend Idamae to anyone looking for excellent care and service.

Jordyn Scott did my facial. She was knowledgeable and amazing. She was patient and helpful. I felt genuinely like a new person. I will recommend her highly to others. She really knows skincare and communicated step by step with ease and confidence.
