Administration is completely blind to the poor state of my classroom. Discrimination and bullying are out of hand happening mid “lecture” EVERY DAY only to be allowed and encouraged by laughter. Causing the teaching ratio to goofing around and being inappropriate in class to about 50/50. The only course of action my teacher has taken to stop it is to belittle the students doing it. Instead of giving him a real consequence, he’s just giving him a taste of his own medicine…. Do I need to explain what’s wrong with this? Because the kid is 16. After being heckled by the teacher, he immediately takes it out on other students in front of the teacher with no Consequences. Which only makes the problem worse… also, as much as I don’t really like the kids causing the problems he shouldn’t be speaking down to them like that. If you guys are going to hire people with absolutely zero background and education, you need to make sure they’re doing their jobs. The teacher is more disruptive than educational, He wants to be everyone’s favorite teacher and that’s clearly how he got the job. When a group of teenagers like a teacher too much that is suspicious guys. In high school everyone hates their best teachers because they make them do work. The curriculum is there for us to figure out 100% by ourselves with zero help navigating. So everyone cheats Because if they didn’t, we would all be Failing. If I knew that this class was gonna be completely self-taught, I would never have enrolled and I wouldn’t be stuck in here with a bunch of misbehaving, teenagers and inconsiderate, unprofessional teachers. In high school I had teachers get fired for less than what is happening in these classrooms you guys are lucky that you have not been met with a lawsuit yet. If you go to the back half of that construction building, you will see the lowest form of education possible. These teachers have been there for years. You guys need to get the hell out there and figure things out. And you don’t need to just go out there and and make sure they’re doing OK every now and then you need to go out there constantly so they’re forced to do their job correctly because they are not. This was single-handedly one of the worst experiences of my life. I think you need to ask yourselves how do the students spend months setting up a haunted house not doing their work and they still catch up? That’s totally not suspicious. At the beginning of the year, Heyl out all the cool kids in the class that he liked to do their work and tests together. For the end of the year, when the good kids were failing, he started to crap down on cheating. Do you have a teacher who doesn’t play by the rules and he picks favorites. You need to get out to that construction building. I’m telling you and it needs to be more than every now and then for a few minutes. If you guys check the times that these tests are going to be completed you know that there’s funny business in these classrooms. There’s digital stamps of all these people’s work. There’s too much proof and simple examples of what I’m talking about for you guys to have not figured it out by now. I think the administrators are just playing favorites to be honest with you. These teachers have medals in their office with pictures of the people who won them, I’m gonna give you a secret and tell you that the people in these pictures were the students who were his favorites from the beginning of class and he Gave them special treatment while he blew off the rest of the class. I just can’t put into words how stupid it is that you guys haven’t already figured this out for yourselves. If you guys are going to open this School up to adults you need to do a better job. You’re lucky that 99% of people don’t know better or Care.
