I’m currently a student in Advanced Cosmetology at **Milan Institute**, and my experience so far has been really good. The program is hands-on, fast-paced, and actually prepares you for the beauty industry instead of just teaching theory. I feel like I’m constantly learning new techniques and building confidence in my skills, which is exactly what I wanted coming into advanced cosmetology. I especially want to give a HUGE shoutout to my admissions representative, **Carlisa Jenkins**. I love her downnnn. She is genuinely one of the sweetest and most helpful people I’ve met throughout this process. From the very beginning, Carlisa made everything feel easy and not overwhelming. She was always available to answer questions, explain things clearly, and make sure I felt supported every step of the way. You can tell she truly cares about her students and wants them to succeed. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to attend Milan Institute. The education, the environment, and the support I’ve received—especially from Carlisa—have made this a great experience for me. I definitely recommend this school to anyone interested in cosmetology, and if Carlisa is your admissions rep, you’re in amazing hands.

I came in for a facial and instantly fell in love with the attention to detail from Miss Isabella L. She is incredible at what she does and extremely knowledgeable. After she showed me a few before-and-after photos, I took advantage of my appointment and asked if she could do a brow lamination for me, and she did! I’m in love with the results and will definitely be coming back for another one.
