I love the environment here at Milan! Ms.Krystal at the front desk never fails to greet you with a smile she has such as a positive attitude and love her energy! Ms.Dolores the amazing inventory specialist is so sweet and gets the job done. She is always on her feet and I feel like she's the busiest in the building. Ms.Araceli the Facility janitor is such an amazing woman and does a fantastic job keeping the Facility clean and smelling great. She always has a smile and goes above and beyond. Also Mrs.Levy the Phase 1 Esthetician instructor keeps us on our toes and is a fantastic teacher she makes sure we understand before moving on to the next topic. She's also an amazing woman and cares for her students education tremendously. Milan at SW Military is such a great place to learn all things beauty! Even the staff is beautiful inside and out.

I love coming to Milan for not only my hair services but I recently started getting facials and a gel manicure. I had a great student esthetician, Jasmine, who was very kind and knowledgeable. I had a gel manicure done by Madison, she did an excellent job on my pink valentine nails! Lastly, I had my bangs cut by Jacob, he was very personable and made me feel comfortable when I was ready for a change. I also had help from both Ms. Ericas, one helped guide Madison with my nails and the other Ms. Erica helped Jacob with my haircut. Stephanie at the front desk was informative and helped me get in my last minute hair cut. This isn’t my first time or last time coming to Milan!
