I had a fantastic experience at the Milan Institute in San Antonio! I booked a nail service and was lucky enough to have Samantha Rodriguez as my nail tech. She was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about her work. Samantha took her time to make sure everything was perfect—from the prep to the polish. She paid great attention to detail, made me feel comfortable throughout the service, and ensured I was happy with the final result. My pedicure turned out perfect! You can really tell that Milan Institute is committed to training their students well. If you're looking for quality services at a great value, I highly recommend checking them out—and definitely ask for Samantha if she's available. She's got a bright future ahead in the beauty industry!

Beverly is an amazing advanced esthetician! She gave me the best facial I’ve ever had. My skin felt so clean, refreshed, and glowing afterward. She was gentle, professional, and explained every step of the process. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality skincare and self-care time. 💆‍♀️
