I went in to see Auralia for a Brazilian wax and a facial, and both experiences were amazing! The waxing process, although naturally a bit painful, never felt awkward or embarrassing — she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She was so attentive, always asking if I was doing okay or needed to take a break, and even had me check afterward to make sure everything looked perfect or if there was anything I wanted adjusted. Her professionalism and care really stood out. The facial afterward was the perfect way to relax. It felt refreshing, soothing, and left my skin glowing. She paid attention to every detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Overall, I left feeling confident, relaxed, and cared for. Highly recommend
