Montgomery Beauty & Barber School offers state-approved cosmetology and barbering programs. They are accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences and approved by the U.S. Department of Education—meaning you can apply for federal financial aid.

No matter what time of year it is, the school is open for enrollment. Daytime courses begin the first Monday of each month, and evening classes begin the first Tuesday of each month.

Students can finish their training in less than a year, and the school had a 1% licensure rate for its graduates in 219.

Montgomery Beauty & Barber School has trained students for exciting careers in Cosmetology and Professional Barbering in the Montgomery County/ DC Metro area for over 4 years. The School offers training for students who want to pursue a career in Cosmetology or Professional Barbering.

The Cosmetology program provides students with the knowledge and skills of the practice of hair, skin, and nail services. In addition, the program provides students technical instruction and practical training in the areas of hairdressing, health and safety, esthetics, manicuring, and pedicuring.

Learn basic manipulative skills, safety judgments, proper work habits, and desirable attitudes necessary to pass the State Board examination and for competency in entry-level positions in Cosmetology or related career fields.
