My hair color and cut turned out amazing and better than any luxury salon I have been to in years! The student Alexis that did my hair is super knowledgeable and talented at what she does! I liked my hairdresser person. At this point she should not be doing highlighting without a lot more supervision. My“highlighting” is noticeably much lighter on one side another not another. The ends are almost white I asked for a “dirty blond’ look which almost everyone has. It’s not a super sophisticated look. I don’t know what I’m going to do to fix this other than to wear a Bennie at all times. The fault was mine. I should never have taken a short notice appointment. Haste makes waste. But as a teaching salon my experience is that the “coloring” instruction neither adequate or satisfactory. Would this have happened had there be much stronger supervision?
