I've been going to Paul Mitchell School for over 10 years and have always been very happy with the service I have gotten from Students there. The Instructors have always been very attentive and show professional guidance to the students while they are providing hair care. Yesterday was a 180 degree different experience. Newer Instructor, never seen before, barely came around to check student work. Student did not listen to what I asked for and completely ruined my hair color. What was suppose to be a hi-lite Foil turned into a complete bleach job. Horrible!! I spent $25.00 at Sally's after I left thee buying products to "fix" the mess I was left with....not sure I will go back
