Bella did an amazing job with my hair!! It was long, jet black with previous box color. I told her I wanted a balayage with caramel tones. She trimmed, relayered and colored my hair and I love it. My sister got hers done at a salon and paid twice what I did and my hair turned out gorgeous. Bella has over 600 hours of experience and is really nice. I didn't have to over-converse and even dozed off a few times from the pampering lol. Would definitely come back to see her again.

I went in for a lash lift and it was my first time getting one so I didn’t know what to expect. The end result was not good and very disappointing. During the service there were students coming in and out of the room yelling and just hanging out in the service room when it was labeled as a spa room and was playing “spa music” and what I would assume is suppose to be a quiet relaxing area. The student doing my lash lift was nice, but they were blaring the wicked soundtrack in her earbuds so loud I could hear it. I understand they are students and that’s part of what your paying for, and it would be one thing if the lash lift turned out decent, but I honestly can’t even tell that I got a lash lift. When the appointment was at the end she told me I could open my eyes and I had so much residue adhesive still on my eye that I couldn’t open my left eye. She then attempted to peel off the adhesive with my eye half open….just felt unsafe and unsure about the whole experience. They are suppose to have a professional do check ins and yet they only showed up halfway through when the solution was already processing on my lashes and then at the very end to sign off. I understand that it’s normal to have some residue on your lashes after the whole thing but my lashes and eyelids were COATED in gunk that I couldn’t even wash off and had to just hope wouldn’t be noticeable at work the next day. It is the second day and they look like my normal lashes. I know the rule of not getting them wet, or in steam, or sweating for 24-48 hours for best result and I made sure to follow that and yet they look like nothing was done to them. I understand the person who did it was a student but it was a poor job and I left feeling very disappointed about the results and regretful that I booked the service to begin with.
