So appreciative of Shear Excellence Team. Without this school I honestly wouldn’t have been able to come and attend Cosmetology School. Shout out to my teachers for always pushing and encouraging me even when I’m frustrated. I just called there asking Asking to see if they Have a student who knows how to clip ends. I spoke to a cosmetology teacher Name Ruth or Rose I asked her if they know the difference between cutting hair and clipping split ends. She would not give me an answer. I asked her twice as to if she had a student, that was my question. Do you have a student right now? She just told me I need to come there and figure it out for myself. And then she hung up so I Ihave never been there to begin with. And n ow I know not to ever go there. You're attitude just killed. Money that was coming into your school's pocket and you People I said it's the attitude she's gonna have from you. Ask a simple question on the phone. Do not go there, do not waste your time. Do not waste your money, do not waste your gas. You would be sadly disappointed

This school needs to be investigated for fraud. There are channels to be able to cancel your loans when a school is defrauding their students. FIGHT YOUR LOAN AND IF YOURE THINKING ABOUT COMING HERE, DONT. UPDATE: this school most CERTAINLY does not follow guidelines, there are countless other reviews on here about how this school is a fraud and scam. THIS SCHOOL NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED THOROUGHLY!

In addition, they gain the knowledge to run their own business as a beauty professional. Our state of the art facility is conveniently located in Niles, IL, at the Golf Mill Shopping Center on the corner of Golf and Greenwood, inside the mall next to AMC Theaters. We welcome you to visit our school and see how you can become a future beauty professional!

Shear Excellence Hair Academy's learners enjoy individual instruction and mentorship designed to motivate, inspire, challenge, and improve the quality of life for those who want not just a job but a satisfying career.
The school's 1,200-hour licensed cosmetology program has produced graduates for more than 20 years, focusing not only on hair care, skincare, and nails but also chemistry, sanitation, and law. In addition, the school offers facial, barbering, full specialist, and nail technology programs.
