I had roughly 14 inches of hair cut off and I asked to keep the hair for personal reasons and the lady would not give me it. She put it in elastics and took it to the back. I understand some policies but when I asked specifically and explained my reasoning. I found it offensive and rude.

i really recommend coming here! i came yesterday and (Makenna) one of the students did such a great job i really like the way that she did my hair! Make an appointment with her she will make a great job! 🫶🏽
