I arrived to find my 10:15 am hair appointment was canceled because they did not have enough staff in the morning. I presume some of the students did not make it in. I had received a voicemail at 9:49 unfortunately, I was on my way to The Beauty Institute and because I just had knee surgery. I had to walk with a cane and it took me a while to get to the studio, but the manager was able to accommodate me as long as I could wait a little bit and she would find me somebody to cut my hair. Mara cut my hair and she did an incredible job. I absolutely love what she did. The cut was great. Her blowdry was great and I just think that the students at The Beauty Institute are phenomenal. Additionally, their managers and this one particular manager Alana was incredible as well.

I had an awesome experience at The Ambler Beauty institute. All the staff and students were very talented at their craft and they created a very serene and peaceful environment during my session. Laneshia Sye was my technician for my facial. She was great! Be sure to schedule with her. I look forward to returning to my next session.

I had an outstanding experience at Ambler Beauty Institute! Lilli was my aesthetician, and she truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we started, she was incredibly attentive and made me feel completely at ease. I shared a bit about my skin concerns before the appointment, and not only did she listen carefully, but I left with valuable knowledge on how to better care for my skin. Lilli walked me through each step of the process, checking in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. Her technique was both thorough and gentle, with the perfect amount of pressure. She created such a relaxing environment and genuinely cared about my experience from start to finish. It was an incredible appointment, and I will absolutely be returning. Thank you so much, Lilli—you’re amazing!
