When I called guest services and requested an appointment, they surprised me by offering one only two days away. It had been eons since my last hair service, so I felt elated. Upon arriving, my stylist greeted me, and made me feel welcome. Though I had been a client for the last four years, I had never met my stylist, Ash. Throughout the entire cut and color appointment, Ash patiently listened to my questions, acted on my requests, and demonstrated a solid skill set. One thing that especially impressed me was her teachable attitude with her instructor. Even when a few minor corrections were pointed out, she remained calm and respectful.
