Trash service went it at 1:55PM wanting just a manicure and they turned me away because they stop taking people in at 2:00PM i asked if they could just trim my nails and they still said no knowing it wouldn’t take more than 15 min to do it. Turning Point Beauty College has truly been a life-changing experience for me. I’m about to graduate next month & from the moment I walked through the doors, Britney, the director, made the enrollment process so easy and stress-free. Her support made me feel confident in taking this next step in my career. The educators — Veronica, Shelby, and Shirley — went above and beyond just teaching cosmetology. They genuinely cared about us as individuals, offering guidance and support that extended far beyond the classroom. Their encouragement and wisdom will stay with me forever. The owner and administrative staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. No matter the need, they’re always there with a smile, ready to help. The environment at this school is truly one of a kind — the friendships and close bonds formed among the students made my time here something I’ll always cherish. Another huge bonus is that they accept financial aid, which is rare for beauty colleges and made it possible for me to attend. This place is extremely unprofessional! I have been trying to communicate with them for months regarding enrollment in their eyelash program. Britney, the program director, never responded to my calls or texts. I first reached out in September, and she only replied this month, casually asking if I was still interested—unbelievable. The director of the school personally spoke with me and even gave me his phone number, promising to help, but he also never responded. I called multiple times, and the person who answered the phone was completely unhelpful, always saying, “I don’t know” to everything. I am beyond disappointed because I genuinely wanted to enroll, but this entire experience has been a frustrating waste of time and energy.
