Worst hair appointment ever. Will not return. The instructor Mildred was awful. We had gotten this Groupon before 3 or 4 times and had always gotten partial highlights before. She said the Groupon was for Partial hair color- like root touch ups. She would not let us use it for Partial highlights which my daughter wanted. They eventually said they would take the Groupon but will charge us another $15 for could and another $10 for another ounce of extra color. I agreed to the extra $25 because we were already there. Keep in mind the Groupon for full highlights was just $14 more than the one we bought. The student was pleasant, but they took over 4 hours to do my daughter’s hair, and it turned out super brassy and way too bright. They would not fix it, and suggested we buy Purple shampoo to try to remedy the problem. So now we are out $75. ($50 for original Groupon plus the $25 we extra we paid) and my daughter was in tears over the way her hair turned out. We will never go back. They should not be in business. By the way, I went back and read the fine print. The Groupon was for partial highlights or single process color. It is dismal that they do not even know what their Groupons cover.

I absolutely love this school if you’re looking for a good school to be able to learn the fundamentals of cosmetology and get your license at an affordable price this school is the answer. I loved my experience here!

If you want a safe environment this is not the place to go. Owners are also money hungry and will do anything and everything to get money out of you.
