If I could give them 0 stars I would. The instructor that was at the front desk today was honestly pretty rude. I can say I have no knowledge of hair. I was given a recommendation for a specific look my son wanted and when I gave that info to her. She laughed and said they weren't going to teach their students to do bad bleach jobs. I mean aren't you supposed to give the best advised to achieve what the customer is trying to do? Not laugh and be condescending. In a service industry your supposed to be able to give proper information with tact.

Went in to get my roots retouched. The instructors gave the student no assistance. When my hair was dyed and I was sitting in the chair, the instructor came over and the first thing she said was “oh boy”. When my girl asked a different instructor how to tone my hair she said “well I’m not the instructor that did the consult so you should go ask the one that did.” I am not mad at my girl because she is a student and learning, but the instructors seriously need to do better. I left the building with orange hair and splotchy brown spots of my roots.
