I had a mixed experience at Acamity. While my color didn’t turn out as expected, Winter was very professional and took my concerns seriously. She worked with me to resolve the issue and provided a partial refund, which I appreciated. The salon staff could have communicated more clearly, but Winter’s handling of the situation made a big difference. I appreciate her efforts in addressing the problem.

Makaleigh did my hair after I had a color job previously done but I just did not like it. I thought it was going to be impossible to cover. Makaleigh was able to cover it PERFECTLY. She was very meticulous and took the time she needed to make sure it turned out. You can tell hair is her passion. She graduates in May and is more than ready! Thank you so much

I have gotten my hair cut and colored at the salon academy multiple times over the years and I have had a great experience overall with all the stylist I have seen. This last time I saw Callie and she did an amazing job with my red Balayage, matching it pretty exactly with the inspiration photo I had shown her. I would definitely schedule with Callie again, she did amazing at her job and was great to talk to.
