A licensed cosmetologist / instructor suggested a Malibu DDL on my hair and advised the student what to do. The student followed her directions. The process turned my hair orange. The lead staff tried to fix my hair, but it still looked orange. Two local salons quoted me hundreds of dollars to fix it. And to add insult to injury, the lead staff told me my hair looked better than when I came in and that it was my own fault for having a student do my hair. Be very aware of having something done here because the information you should be able to trust, from a licensed cosmetologist who has her own shop, could be terrible and you may end up with orange hair that will require HUNDREDS to fix, and according to them, it will be your own fault for trusting them.
