I came here about a week ago for highlights, and I honestly love the result! My stylist was Hannah, and she was so sweet and calm! I hadn't ever gotten bleach in my hair before and I was a bit nervous. ( I only paid 65 dollars for a service that should have been at least 200!) I see a lot of people comment that the blonde instructor is "rude". I don't think she is! She is very straight forward and may seem a bit gruff, but I can see that she is well liked by her students. Personally, I thought she was funny and quite proficient! Overall, I had a great experience, except with how long everything took! Bleaching is a long event. I will be coming back! Btw-- I didn't tip because I didn't have cash, and I had no idea that the student who does your hair doesn't get a percentage. So next time I will bring some cash for a tip!

VERY rude service!!! I came in for a color at 11:30 and was NOT informed ahead of time that you have to come in at 9:30 if you want color because the process is "lengthy” and takes all day. Mind you I was only looking to get a slightly lighter brown than what I already had in my head… communication was highly unprofessional and the instructor was also rude with her approach to me. I will never come here again, I will stick to my other beauty school who provides color service to me in a timely manner and communicates with me respectfully.
