Very professional staff and a awesome school I revived my GED 5 yrs ago and never had any problems great teacher and Mrs Sandra was very professional

This owner of BICC, Sandra Rosario took out a loan to keep Institute operating and did not pay back the loan. Breach of contract. I have attached a copy of letter of demand from attorney and also copy of the $33 thousand dollar check she gave me that bounced and the hand written promissory note she gave me and I still have the actual signed contract on file if anyone wants to see it. If you do business with her or her institute be ready to be disappointed.
