My stylist today was Tiffany. She ask me what I wanted and I told her. She asked questions to make sure she knew what I wanted. She was not shy about asking her supervisors for clarification on anything she wasn’t absolutely sure about. I love my haircut and it’s exactly what I wanted. It turned out even better than I thought it would. She was so helpful with advising me on what products to use to maintain this look. I will absolutely be returning.

I took my daughter to get her hair styled the Monday before thanksgiving. By the time we got home, not even an hour after leaving the salon, more than half of the rubber bands in her hair had busted and her hair was coming undone. I reached out and spoke to one of the managers, to which she asked me to bring her back in to fix it. I told her there was no time as her dad was taking her out of town the next morning for the holidays. I kindly requested atleast a partial refund for just the style, not the wash. She asked me to email her pictures of my daughters hair to which I did immediately. I have now sent a follow up email and still have received no response. I understand this is a school and the services are priced fairly. I do not think it is right however, paying for a service that lasted all of 20 minutes and no one seems to be trying to make it right. Waste of money.
