First off let me start by saying the customer service was amazing at the front desk. The women were very professional and super kind. The person I ended up getting my hair done with, was Shy (Student #4463). Let me tell you how great of a job she did, she took really good care of my hair and constantly made sure I was good. Being able to see the work she does now, I know she'll be even better when she leaves. Her Instructor Miss Simone' was awesome, smart and knew exactly what she was doing. She has a wonderful head on her shoulders and the women in the school are lucky to have her. I can't wait to come back , Thanks so much for the good experience.

My service here was not a great experience. The staff was unprofessional. They constantly missed my bookings, students were not in when I did make a booking, they would forget to book my appointment and paperwork. When I made a complaint to the manager, Meagan, she then restricted my account at all Paul Mitchell’s not realizing that, I know school owners and am familiar with Paul Mitchell protocols so once I found out, she did this I went back in to get a situated to talk to upper management. The staff and front desk representatives are unprofessional. I perceive them to be students by the way, they were acting only to realize that they hired them for that position . It is really interesting to me that they were hire people that don’t take their job seriously. This is not a place that I would recommend anyone going. I’d give my experience a -*. I don’t recommend going here

I've made hair appointments here twice. One time was a wash,blowdry and cut. The service was great, and I loved the outcome. The second time, I made an appointment to get some short knotless braids. I was told the process was that I had to first make a consultation appointment where I would be paired with a stylist and let them know what braids I want and decide on the time. I did that and was paired with a stylist and made an appointment for a week later, I filled out the documents and everything. The day of the appointment, I got there on time ready to get my hair braided and they couldn't find my appointment paper. The receptionist knew who was set to do my hair and went to check on that stylist. They then told me that the stylist wasn't available because she was filming something, I'm not sure what she was filming because an appointment with me was made beforehand. They tried to find another stylist but realistically no one is going to want to do impromptu braids with a 2 minute notice. I was very disappointed with how it was handled given that I did everything in their process; did the in person consultation first then made the appointment. The stylist I booked with didn't even come out herself to tell me. They sent someone else to tell me.If the stylist was going to be filming something, they could've called me and we could've worked out a reschedule, but they didn't. I was so hurt and annoyed since I had moved things around in my schedule to work with the stylist's schedule but there was no respect for my time. While my first experience was great, the way the second experience was handled is the reason for this rating. Respect people's time!!
