I was nervous going in because I have not had my hair done in years but rest assured Austin will make you feel comfortable! We were both excited at end results despite me failing the bleach hair strand test but she gave me tips on how to pass it. I couldn't be happier with how my hair turned out. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and right on time with my appointment. I will continue to go to Austin till she graduates!
