This time was the worst experience.. my hair got so messed up.. usually the instructor comes over and lets you know if hair is healthy enough for the procedure client want’s. This time instructor did come and gave the ok and never mentioned hair could possibly have breakage after procedure. Three teachers had to come over to look at my hair and didn’t tell me my hair had literally fallen and broken off. All three teachers kept praising my hair Over and over again, to the point that it makes me uncomfortable. I know start to wounded what is going on with my hair. I didn’t even get it dried because they had said I shouldn’t get anymore heat on it. I left Paul Mitchell with wet, half bald, and uneven hair tones. Very disappointing.. and I still paid whole service without a discount or sorry. They just let me go out like that.
