I’ve been wanting to make a review on this place for a while but never built up the courage to. When I tell you all they care about is money, it is the truth. Several amazing teachers have quit because of the owner of this school and the head of the school. They lie, they favor, all for money sake. The owner of the school (who is a grown man) has called himself “daddy” to a student and is weirdly touchy to students, even I experienced him being creepy myself once. I still have a missing photoshoot from them (I graduated in September of 2024) and have sent non stop emails to them asking for it and not one of them ever answered me. I learned a lot from this school but that was when actual good teachers were teaching there, now they have only one teacher who can’t even teach correctly. That school fell apart while I was there and don’t even know how it is still running to this day. They only give fashion show experiences to people who pay extra, it is not based on talent. I only got to experience the fashion show because of the amount of complaints from fellow students and teachers but when I got there the students who didn’t pay extra only got one model and were each kicked out one by one and were told to leave. The students who payed extra were allowed to stay only. You think that’s bad- there are a ton of other stuff I can say but I think you get the idea.

Went back in 2024, had such a thrilling and fun 5 week intensive course on all things makeup. The photoshoots were the best part of every week. Getting to create any look I wanted and have a model and photographer, not to mention a wardrobe room at our disposal, was the best.

I literally give this school 0 stars. I paid $8,000 for a master class, I haven’t had a gig from them or work, also never got to experience to join fashion week. There was a time right after graduation my teacher gave me a gig then took it back. Because the owner wanted to lie to a model saying we could not use the space to do her makeup, I lost the opportunity to be credited on a magazine. They pick and choose who they want to help with their MUA career, they also pick and choose who they will promote on their page. This program has put me in so much debt that I am still struggling to get by since I graduated 2 years ago. They are insensitive and disrespectful it’s disgusting. I strongly suggest people to look elsewhere for their makeup certification or learn on YouTube. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!
