I’m writing this review after four days of filling out the online inquiry form and no contact being made also approximately four days after an unpleasant call to the number that’s associated with their website as well as their Google account Granted we are shut down due to corona, but we are also a week away from the shutdown being lifted and I was trying to gather information about the school plans to continue their business after, while I put things in place to educate myself. When I called the number the individual who answered the phone had a tone as though she was bothered, unprofessional, didn’t even identify the school I had to ask was this the Beval beauty school. I then asked “may I ask questions about the school” she told me to go to the website and communicate there. So you have someone who is showing interest in your school and you tell them to go online? But again, this is day four after filling out the inquiry and day four after making the phone call and still not hearing anything back. I reached out to several other schools and I did not have this problem within one business day they reached out to me after filling out the online inquiry form and when I called they answer, and provided me information without a problem. I am confused as to how you can not answer a few questions from a potential student
