I have been very happy with the service at California Beauty College ( many times since 2013) because the teachers come in frequently and help make sure the customer is taken care of. No complaints. I even got out of there in less than two hours with a cut, style and color. And from the moment I walked in the team treated me with hospitality unlike competitor in town. I choose this over all others especially over Paul Mitchel which is across the street from my home and more convenient ( see my review there for comparison).

I came here to get a perm on Jan 24th at 11am, There was a teacher named Nikki she was suppose to help and guide the student that was doing my hair but she had me waiting for 1 hour until she got done gossiping with her other coworkers and yes I heard her from where I was sitting and her gossip was not good. When she finally came to help with my perm she gave broken rods that kept falling out she didn’t even teach the student how to put it on properly, when I walked out, I had some curls later that day by the evening my perm came completely out.. when I woke up the next morning It’s like I don’t even have a perm. My hair is just straight again. I still waited the 48 hours to wash my hair but honestly i don’t think the teachers here knows how to teach, especially Nikki.
