Overall, I had a positive experience with the school’s esthetician program. The small class size allowed for a better learning environment and I was blessed to have met my classmates. I enjoyed learning different facial devices and machines from our wonderful instructor Ms. Nada. Ms. Dee also provides resources to prepare you for the state board. Just like anything in life, you have to put in the extra effort and work to maximize your learning!

I would stay far away from this school! The owner is extremely condescending, rude and very shady. I know so many girls who have had a horrible experience here. She will just take your money and not actually teach you anything at all. I’m very surprised she’s still opened!

Students attending Skinology Beauty Institute not only receive training in cosmetology, makeup artistry, esthetics, and wellness, but they also benefit from additional courses. Branding, marketing, business, entrepreneurship, income streams, and community outreach training provide the industry's best possible preparation. Student Charlotte J. says, "Ms. Desiree is amazing. Its affordable programs include a 1,500-hour, comprehensive cosmetology program that trains students in makeup, nail care, skin care, and hairstyling, coloring, and cutting. Training includes the study of anatomy and physiology of the body, nails, hair, and skin.
A 400-hour esthetics program offered in partnership with Dermalogica provides instruction in skin analysis, facials, head and neck massage, eyelash extensions, product selection, and hair removal. The instructor training program is for students who wish to teach cosmetology or esthetics.
