I went there to get my nails done. I was told they stopped doing nails this was a little over an hour before closing. So I decided to try one more time, this time I arrived around 8:30am the lady said they would not be able to get to me until 12:30pm. There was no one getting their nails done . So of course I left. They are very unapologetic, unprofessional and nonchalant. Will not go back or recommend.

I always paid for a bikini wax and never had issues… drove all the way there , waited a hour and half then they didn’t want to do my bikini … said that I was doing Brazilian ,which wasn’t !!! Very unprofessional…they need to learn difference from bikini and Brazilian!! I paid for it and left without being serviced!!! Wasted my time my money and my gas!!! Make sure to discuss everything before you pay !!! Rip off school! Needs to learn customer service

I'm bad with names, but i received great service for my spa facial and my thermal hairstyle. I have very fine hair. Long but fine. The young man did a great job. And my wash was fantastic. (Thats what i went for) he took note of my concerns and gave me pretty hair. My facial was top notch and i cant wait to go back for a Mohawk with kinky hair.
