Mrs./Ms . Nikki the owner was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable! She was kind and welcoming to me and my children. The other lady at the front desk was also very friendly always smiling . I really appreciate the cultural and diversity experience at this school. They offer services that most schools don’t or even most schools don’t take the time in perfecting. That stood out most to me . The students there were all very nice and professional and helped each other out when needed. I won a free steam treatment which I never heard of that before they told me what it was and I will definitely be coming back to try it out on top of the other services they offer . I can truly say I and my girls felt very comfortable in their hands and that is very important in the beauty industry. Thank you so much New Direction for servicing us today !

I went there to get my nails done. I was told they stopped doing nails this was a little over an hour before closing. So I decided to try one more time, this time I arrived around 8:30am the lady said they would not be able to get to me until 12:30pm. There was no one getting their nails done . So of course I left. They are very unapologetic, unprofessional and nonchalant. Will not go back or recommend.
